Attendee names and institutions may be listed on our website. We may also publish information such as attendee names, education or professional background, or photographs in material produced by Xperts Meetings, and photographs of conferences interactions may be used in our marketing literature. Additionally, we may publish this information for Board Members, the Scientific Advisory Board, and other people who participate in programming the activities.

Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers by email contact@Meghazmeetings.com
